MORNINGTIME 2135

THE FEAR OF THE LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7. Why is it so hard to walk up to a "professing" brother or sister in the Lord and tell them, "Brother (Sister) I see trouble coming in your life, can we talk about it"? Most of the time they don't want to hear anything of the kind. You can show them the trouble in the Bible, common sense will show them they're on the wrong track, even the sheep will scratch their heads and say "what?" if it's someone in some sort of leadership role. Either way, sheep or more, an attitude of, "I'm OK, you're all wrong" doesn't bode well for anyone. When there's a problem and someone brings it up to the "offending" person, if they have this mindset and won't listen, this is where the Lord says, "OK Believer, you've brought up a problem to your brother in the order I've  set up for you, and they're  not listening, NOW STEP ASIDE AND I'LL DEAL WITH IT". This is the time to go into intercession mode in your prayer closet because the Lord has to work deeper and harder to uproot Pride than a brother giving a verbal warning. The higher up the "chain of command" the Lord has to go, the harder the Lord has to deal with them. Remember this, THIS IS SPIRITUAL WARFARE WIDE OPEN, and only intercessory prayer can defeat Satan in this type of battle. It gets tough, Satan wants to destroy the Believer, and the Lord wants to destroy the Pride inside the Believer. Poor "Joe" is getting beat up from both ends. Wouldn't it be a whole lot easier just to listen to your friend tell you somethings wrong, AND JUST HIT THE FLOOR IN ANGUISH OF SPIRIT, ASK THE LORD FOR FORGIVENESS THROUGH REPENTANCE, and be made whole, restored, and free again? All of us Professing Christians should be instantly willing to hear from the Lord, even if it's through a Brother or Sister. The Lord has a lot to say these days, let's listen, and, Be Blessed.
