MORNINGTIME 4047

But SEEK YE FIRST the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness; and ALL these things shall be added unto you. TAKE therefore NO THOUGHT FOR THE MORROW: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Matthew 6:33-34. Many people wake up Monday morning totally looking forward to Friday afternoon when they get their paycheck and have the whole weekend to look forward to. They're doing their job, but their whole heart is focused on Friday, with no real interest in how their week goes. "Just get through it, and we're done for the week". They miss all the Glorious little Kindnesses the Lord wants to do for them as they focus on Friday. Do YOU have time to "stop and smell the roses"? Let's say the Lord wants to do 100 little Kindnesses, Mercies and Grace throughout all your day today. And a whole new batch tomorrow. And the next day, and so ON. Have you taken time today to ask the Lord to help you see each and every one of these 100? Do you stop and Ponder on each one, think about it, Praise Him for it, and then start over again with the next one on His List of Goodies for you? Are you Joyfully Exhausted at the end of the day having Fully Enjoyed each and every one of His Gifts to you, today? Not even giving one thought for tomorrow, just thoroughly Enjoying EVERYTHING that Christ died for on the Cross of Calvary JUST FOR YOU FOR TODAY??? If you missed a few, will you take time to go back and Thank Him for what He's done for you, today? It'll be great to see all our loved ones in Heaven someday, but can you enjoy them here and now, while still on Planet Earth? His Mercies are HUGE, yet so easy to miss if you're not looking for Them. Christ didn't die just to Pay for your Salvation. He died for that AND for EVERYTHING about your day, TODAY. Take a minute, Rest in Christ and enjoy all the moments He's given to you, TODAY. Most people pass right by Christ with nary a thought towards Him. But a few stop to, Be Blessed.
