MORNINGTIME 2050

For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. THOU SHALT NOT BOW DOWN TO THEIR gODS, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. Exodus 23:23-24. This is from Exodus? That's a long time ago, that's old testament, and it no longer applies. REALLY??? Let's try this again. This event from a few thousand years ago, IS FRESHER TODAY THAN THIS MORNING'S NEWSPAPER. God's Word is ALWAYS Relevant anytime, all the time. This story is about a people about to enter the long awaited Promised Land. This is a warning to not do the things these people did. Their wicked ways would bring death and destruction to any Jew who would participate in there evilness. Now, today, WE are told to not do the same things of this wicked world, as back then. Remember, there is nothing new under the sun, all that we can do today, has already been done in the past. What kind of wickedness are we talking about? ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THAT DISPLEASES THE LORD. If you REALLY want more detail, ask the Holy Spirit and He'll tell you more than you asked for, IF you really want to know. Before you ask, here's a hint as to what He might say. Does Holiness, Righteousness, and Purity first come up on your screen??? If not, DON'T ASK, you're not serious, yet. But if so, get ready to head for your Prayer Closet for some serious Prayer and Intercession, Repentance and Anguish, and Peace and Joy like you've never experienced before. When you leave the world behind, and step into the Ark of Christ, ALL the world gets left behind. If you fall down, get back up, brush off the dirt, ask Forgiveness, AND KEEP ON GOING. Say goodbye to the world, and RUN to Christ. You won't "miss out" on the "fun" stuff, YOU'LL GAIN EVERYTHING, in Christ. Accept by Faith that Christ is everything, and you'll, Be Blessed.
