MORNINGTIME 2052

And the child Samuel ministered unto the Lord before Eli. AND THE WORD OF THE LORD WAS PRECIOUS in those days; there was no open vision. 1 Samuel 3:1. And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard THE WORD OF THE LORD JESUS, both Jews and Greeks. Acts 19:10. But THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURETH FOR EVER. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.1 Peter 1:25. Just looking at these verses, it seems that The Word Of The Lord is Precious, Long Lasting, and to be heard by every man, woman, and child on the face of the earth. Would I be stretching the Truth too much, or would I be "right on" to say that the Word Of God is the Most Important Book we will ever learn from, study from, and learn of God Himself from, more than ANY other source, or resource, available to us today? I know of no other book than can show us the Way of  Salvation, and the Things of, and in, The Spirit. Nowhere else can you learn of Holiness, Righteousness, and Purity, but from the Word of the Lord. Christ Himself IS The Word, The Way, The Truth, and The Life. Is there ANYTHING more Precious than that? Now let's change gears here for a moment. Generally, a Preacher has 4 hours a week to get The Word into his people. Sunday School, Sunday morning, Sundry night, and Wednesday night Services. Any more time than that is frosting on the cake. So here's my question, is there any Biblical, practical, or Godly reason to NOT take all 4 hours and Preach /Teach to the fullest extent of your abilities? More specifically, is it a GOoD thing to cancel even one of these hours, because we want to do, whatever it is you want to do? Or to even not do anything, just cancel a church service and everyone stay home? If I'm wrong here, someone please tell me, otherwise, IS GOD FIRST IN OUR LIFE, DAILY ACTIVITIES, AND CHURCH, OR NOT??? He's only got 4 hours a week, YOU tell Him He's been bumped off the calendar for something better so you can, Be Blessed???
