Wherefore also WE PRAY ALWAYS for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of FAITH WITH POWER: 2 Thessalonians 1:11. Let's consider an analog clock. That's a clock with a face and arms that rotate around the face telling you what time it is. The clock has a very serious job to do. It tells you exactly where you are in time, it's a reference point to help you understand your place in life. It won't be hurried, nor will it slow down. It moves at exactly the right speed in order to get its job done. It waits for no man. Like it or not, it will never waver in its job. You can use a clock, ON ITS TERMS, and it will help you with all the important things of your day. It will tell you exactly when to go, and it will never tell you wrong. If you don't like what the Clock has to say, you can totally disregard it and cast it aside. But without your clock, you have no relevance to time around you. Now look at your prayer life, and the Lord as a clock. The Lord's time is always precise and exact. He has a job to do, and it's always on His schedule. If you listen to Him, He will put prayers in your heart to pray about at just the right time to pray about them. When His Time meshes with you, everything is In Sync and you and the Lord work beautifully together. Get in a hurry, and nothing works. You're off His Time Schedule and nothing in your life goes right. How do you get "In Sync" with the Lord? Ask Him what's on His Heart for you to pray for, and about, and your timing will be perfect. You pray, He Answers, a Perfect Balance. Pray out of His Will, and you're praying for things not on His Heart, at that time. HE WILL BLESS YOU WHEN YOU'RE TOGETHER ON HIS TIME. Your time, alone, is not His Time. Together, you can move mountains. Alone, your prayers fall on deaf ears, it's not the right time, so God "doesn't answer" your prayers, because you pray amiss. Pray in His Time, and you'll, Be Blessed.
