MORNINGTIME 2155

For if after they (an unsaved person) have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (they "get saved"), they are again entangled therein, and overcome, (they fall back into worldliness), the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 2 Peter 2:20-21. This is talking about a person who doesn't know Christ, they hear a message about Christ, they "get saved", and sometime later fall back into the world and worldliness, and staying there, never "returning" to Christ. This person ultimately dies and goes to Hell. People like this never truly Got Saved, became one of Christ's sheep, never Followed Christ, never finished The Race, never submitted to the Lordship of Jesus, The Christ as Lord and Saviour. NEVER. They played the church game of "phony salvation" with no Repentance, no Anguish of Heart, and no Fruits in their life pointing to Salvation, NOTHING. These are the "Lord Lord People". They go up front and "get saved" with no change in their life. These are "the goats" spoken of in Matthew 25:33 "And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left". Churches are "full" of these people, but the church of America never Preaches on this for fear of people leaving the church in droves. The fields are white unto harvest right under our noses. We go from our churches out into the world, (some call this "visitation" or some similar wording), yet we never look inside our own church front doors. General preaching ABOUT lost people still goes on, in some churches, but to actually identify this people group INSIDE a church is almost unheard of. What are the signs of a false conversion, a phony salvation, or even a definition of what a "goat" looks like? Does anyone in your church talk about these things? LET'S TALK, and, Be Blessed.
