But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would (listen to) none of my reproof: I ALSO WILL LAUGH AT YOUR CALAMITY; I WILL MOCK WHEN YOUR FEAR COMETH; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord: Proverbs 1:25-29. We all know that God is a God of Love, Mercy, and Grace. So what exactly does this mean that God will sit and laugh and mock when a time of trouble comers? EXACTLY THAT that He will laugh and mock when troubles come. We're not talking about Christians here, having a hard time and God sits around laughing at them. No, He cares for all of His sheep and takes care of them all the time. This is talking about a people that God Almighty Himself has been wooing to come to Him and Be Saved, AND THEY SPIT AND LAUGH IN HIS FACE. These are hard headed, proud, arrogant people who know there is a God, AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. He's done everything He can to offer them Christ, and they turn their backs to Him and walk away. God won't FORCE anyone to Love Him. Here's where the rubber meets the road. Recently hurricane Matthew tore up some of the U.S. east coast and millions are affected from it. (I personally believe America is in a time of Judgment). Many sheep are hurting, God knows it and He will take care of them. BUT MANY OTHERS HAVE SCORNED GOD, AND NOW GOD LAUGHS AT THEM. Those who are still alive, still have time to Repent of their sins and Follow Christ. It's only too late after they're dead. This is a wakeup call for many lost sheep, tribulation will do that. SO WAKE UP AMERICA, the Lord is still Personally knocking on your door. Heed His Call that you may still, Be Blessed.
