And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; AND THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF. Luke 10:27. First, let's understand that the first part of this verse is, God is to be first in EVERY thing. The second part puts us and our neighbor as equals on the same footing. What you do for you, you also want to do for him. And the ONLY way you could even consider this is if you Love Christ and Love ALL who are His. Not only that, but you Love all those who are NOT His. This means you Love EVERYONE because Christ Loves everyone and He is inside you. And because you're willing to do ANYTHING for your neighbor, (saved or unsaved), the Holy Spirit will direct you in exactly what He wants you to do as you are Obedient to Him. Christ Loved you enough to die the sinners death on the Cross of Calvary EVEN WHILE YOU WERE STILL DEAD IN YOUR SINS. Christ died for you, but you don't have to die for someone else. Now the question. Do you Love Christ AND your neighbor enough to just TELL your neighbor about the Love of Christ towards you AND your neighbor? Christ DIED for you, He's only asking you to TELL your neighbor. And who's your neighbor? Anyone and everyone who does, and who doesn't KNOW CHRIST!!! You loved yourself enough to "get saved" when it was offered to you, do you Love your neighbor enough to share that "get saved" part with him too? "But I'll look like a fool if I stop people on the street to tell them about the Love of Christ". Christ DIED a fools death, FOR YOU. Can you not just TELL someone about His Death for you and your neighbor? Yes, this IS the hardest thing for a Christian to do and Satan will help you to be sure of that, how hard it is to share Christ with others. If you can break through this one, you'll experience a Love for others you never thought possible. That's because it is impossible for man, BUT ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH CHRIST, and WE will, Be Blessed.
