MORNINGTIME 2311

And he, (the lawyer), answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. And he, (Christ), said unto him, Thou hast answered right: THIS DO, AND THOU SHALT LIVE . Luke 10:27-28. Is this possible? Can a person actually Love the Lord with all his heart, soul, strength, and mind? Apparently this is possible because Christ said "Do this and live". Then that also means if you don't do this, you don't live. Therefore, there would have to be a dividing line between the results of do, and don't do. No, we're not going off the deep end of legalism here, and we're not getting bound up in fear of, if I don't do enough I won't live. This is all about a personal walk of you and Christ. Don't compare your walk with anyone else, just leave it with you and Christ. With no one else in the picture, you are free to Love Christ ALL you want to with no one else to tell you how good, or not, you're doing. There is Great Freedom in Christ when your Walk with Him is just that, YOUR Walk with Him. Don't fall for the "Get comfortable" trap and lose your first love. Keep pushing yourself to Love Christ even more, NOT out of Fear, but out of Love for Christ. Obey the Leading of the Holy Spirit in all you do, and He'll lead you into all that Christ has Paid For on the Cross of Calvary, FOR YOU. His root admonition is for you to Love, and Perfect Love casts out fear. Love Christ and He'll fill you with Peace, Joy, and a Contentment that will leave no room for any contrary thoughts and feelings. Love Christ with all your being, and He'll spread it around to people you never thought you could Love. If you will Love Christ first and foremost, EVERYTHING else WILL work out. Don't  misunderstand, you may still die a  Martyr, or maybe die of old age in bed. Either way, your Life is in His Hands and you're content with whatever He Wants. So Be Content, and, Be Blessed.
