MORNINGTIME 2313

Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the Lord ; I WILL SING PRAISE to the Lord God of Israel. Judges 5:3. I will praise thee , O Lord , WITH MY WHOLE HEART; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. Psalm 9:1. I will call upon the Lord , who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Psalm 18:3. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I WILL SING PRAISES UNTO THE LORD. Psalm 27:6. I will bless the Lord at all times: HIS PRAISE SHALL CONTINUALLY BE IN MY MOUTH. Psalm 34:1. Are you starting to get the picture that we are to continually Praise the Lord at ALL times, under ALL conditions??? There is NO time, problem, or situation that allows us to NOT Praise the Lord. Let's try this on for size. When you go into your very personal Prayer Closet, can you take some time and ONLY Praise the Lord? I'm asking about Pure Praise where you just Praise and Honor the Lord, FOR NO REASON, Just to Praise Him? I'll explain. Just to Praise the Lord for no other reason than to Praise Him, is High Praise. (Please read carefully). To Praise the Lord as a Thank Offering for something He has done, is good. "Thank you Lord for fixing my car". Be careful of motive here. "Thank you Lord for fixing my car, (because if You didn't fix it, I would have no reason to Praise You). Or can you truly Thank Him for fixing your car AFTER the tow truck, mechanic, parts and labor bill of  $2,500.00? Can you Praise, Honor, and Worship Him JUST for Who He Is, no reason attached? Good or bad, you Praise Him ANYWAY? Can you Praise Him anytime, everytime, ALL the time JUST BECAUSE HE IS WORTHY, and for no other reason? Prayerfully consider when, where, and why, you Praise the Lord. Is your motive Pure? Can you Praise Him in Heaven, no matter WHAT is going on in the earth? That's True Praise, and with that, you will, Be Blessed.
