MORNINGTIME 2320

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord , he hath also rejected thee from being (whatever it is that the Lord wanted to bless you with, such as Salvation), king. 1 Samuel 15:23. Rebellion: "Defiance toward an authority". Stubbornness: "Refusing to change one's mind or course of action despite pressure to do so; unyielding or resolute". Iniquity: "Gross immorality or injustice; Wickedness. "A grossly immoral act; a sin". Idolatry: "Worship of idols. Blind or excessive devotion to something. (anything but the Lord). Understand, this is a very legalistic definition of the concept of Rebellion and the results of such in a person's life. In simple terms, if a person continually Rejects the call of the Holy Spirit to Salvation, it will not go well for them on Judgment Day. NOW THE GOOD NEWS. Your wife, husband, family member, friend, or other, who still does not Know the Lord may be headed for trouble, BUT THE LORD IS EXCEEDINGLY GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL to keep calling them to Him. Maybe they'll get Saved on their deathbed, maybe not. We are to pray for them until their dying breath and only the Lord knows when that will be. He is VERY Patient, all the way to whenever He says, "That's it, your time is up". And since we don't know when that will be, KEEP PRAYING FOR A MIRACLE, because Salvation IS the greatest miracle ever given by the Lord. Remember Saul, the mass murderer, got Saved and wrote half the New Testament. Be Encouraged, no matter how tough, hard, or rebellious (s)he can be, THERE'S ALWAYS HOPE the Lord can still get through to them. There are times and situations when the Lord stops calling and turns them over to a dark, reprobate mind as they run out the clock of Life, but until the Lord TELLS YOU that's what's going on, KEEP PRAYING, and don't give up Hope, we just don't know how the Lord may Save them to Himself where they DEFINITELY will, Be Blessed.
