MORNINGTIME 2325

Blessed is the man that ENDURETH temptation: for when he is TRIED, he shall RECEIVE the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. James 1:12. One group of people the Lord loves, among others, is The Christian, the follower of Christ. Like an old time sailing ship with 3 tall masts and many sails, riding the waves in a big gale, the ship will ride the crest of one wave, and find itself down in the trough, (a valley), of 2 others, over and over again and again. It will severely rock and shudder, it may even be moved off course, but in the end of it all, when the storm finally passes, the captain unfurls his sails, checks his location, and continues on his journey determined to get to his proper destination. His ship may even be a little beat up, but he's still intact and on his way. His ship was built to sail in a good wind, and keep it all together in a great tempestuous gale wanting to destroy the ship. The ship Maker built the ship to Victoriously ride out any and all adversity. The storm just shows the captain he needs to fix a little thing here and tighten up something there, but the ship is Solid and will not lose its way. Such is the life of the Christian. Temptations may beat him around and he may be unsure of things for a time, but he was built for adversity and will not be moved. Adversity, Temptations, AND Tribulations may show weak spots in the Christians Theology, but the Christian will NOT go down, he makes adjustments to any known error AND KEEPS ON GOING. Sometimes, all he can do is hunker down and ride it out as the storm thinks it's going to take him down, only to find out the storm has worn itself out and the Christian IS STILL STANDING. Don't doubt the Master Builder, Christian, HE BUILT YOU TO STAND, AND TO STAND TALL, FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS. Satan can only buffet, ha can't kill, steal, or destroy. He's a dog on a leash AND SOON HE'S GOING DOWN. HANG IN THERE CHRISTIAN, and, Be Blessed.
