MORNINGTIME 2357

THE WICKED BORROWETH, and payeth not again: but THE RIGHTEOUS sheweth mercy, and GIVETH. For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off. Psalm 37:21-22. Psalm 37 is pretty much a comparison of the Righteous and the wicked, and the Promises of the Lord for each of them. Those He Blesses, and those He curses. Oh yes, He does curse people who will never come to Him in Repentance and ask Forgiveness for their sins. This time, the Lord is talking about something near and dear to ALL of us, money. Those who LOVE money  can't get enough, and never pay it back, and those who Love the lord and have no problem giving "the Lord's money" to whomsoever the Lord directs. If you'll notice, there are no "rules" here about exactly HOW and WHEN you are to handle money and with whom. He's just pointing out that the wicked continually keep asking, and the Righteous keep giving. No rules means how much, how often, and to whom you give money is a person by person, case by case basis just between you and the Lord. This will also show YOU if you do or don't, or maybe somewhat, have a small love for money you need to deal with. There are way too many variables to have rules for every situation. The Lord just says "Do", and He'll show you your deep down Heart Attitude. That's one of the Great Joys about walking with Christ, He Rules by Love and shares His Love for others, through you. More often than not, it's really about your Love for your fellow (sinner) man, your love of money, and the percentage comparison of each, just between you, and the Lord. You and your attitude about money is always privately between you and the Lord. But then, doesn't most everything in the Bible come down to how you and the Lord handle each choice about whatever it is??? Today is money, tomorrow is something else, 🎶 "And the hits just keep on coming" as the old music line was said. Love Christ FIRST, and He'll deal with your money so you can, Be Blessed.
