MORNINGTIME 2359

I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed. Psalm 37:25-26. The writer of this chapter HIMSELF hasn't seen Believers BEGGING FOR BREAD, maybe they do, or maybe they don't. Maybe they just call out to the Lord in Faith when they are hungry. But either way, don't be lulled into a false security in this verse thinking you will never have any troubles during your Walk with the Lord. "And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; Hebrews 11:36-37. Just another reminder that the "prosperity preachers" are all liars when they try to tell you these things won't happen to you BELIEVERS. Christ IS our Perfect Example of the Christ-like life, and you see what they did to him. If you go by the "rules" of the prosperity preachers, because Christ had such a hard life AND DEATH, He wasn't blessed of God like He should have been. They preach you'll be rich, fat, and happy, if you're Blessed of the Lord. Trials and troubles are proof you're not obeying God. That's their "feel good" message for today. Yes, they will have "Their Best Life Now", because after this life ends, IT ALL GOES TO HELL. Maybe begging bread is something Believers will never do because they take everything to Christ in Prayer, that's possible. Just remember the rest of these verses so you don't fall into a false sense of "security". This Walking With Christ IS a hard Life. It calls for your dying to self, flesh, and the old man nature to Grow you up in CHRISTLIKENESS. Whatever testing's, troubles, trials, and tribulations you go through for Christ to bring forth HIS Nature in you in this life will ALL be forgotten in the next. THAT'S how you will, Be Blessed.
