MORNINGTIME 2369

Whosoever believeth, (has Faith in, Obeys, Follows, Worships)  that Jesus is the Christ, (and) is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. FOR THIS IS THE LOVE OF GOD, THAT WE KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 1 John 5:1-5. OUR LOVE FOR OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST IS IN DIRECT PROPORTION TO OUR ACTUAL LOVE FOR GOD AND IN KEEPING HIS COMMANDMENTS, PERIOD. We can talk about how much we love each other until the cows come home, but nothing will happen with our TALK until we look at how well we KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS. Does this make our Love for others a "works" based love?  No, a "forced love" never made anybody love anybody. It's just a comparison that the Lord Himself set up for us, and the world, to see to show us if we are really willing Lovers of Christ AND MAN, or just all talk and no action. So how ya do'in in your obedience to all the little man made rules that you've decided don't really matter and don't need to be obeyed.  Can you see THE SPEED with which I try TO DRIVE the point home? All the little things make up actual obedience, or not. Cut this any way you want to, but OBEDIENCE to Christ is EQUAL to your Love for your Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Christ can't be separate FROM HIS. One equals the other, NO EXCEPTIONS. Love TALK is cheap, just DO IT. If you spend all your time DOING, you'll have no time FOR TALKING. Fill in the blank, "I Love God, Christ, and my fellow man  ___%". The Bible can't say it enough, Love God, Love Christ, and Love your fellow Believers, EQUALLY as you Love His Rules and Regulations. There is no way around this as to how you will, Be Blessed.
