MORNINGTIME 2405

KNOWING THIS, THAT THE LAW IS NOT MADE FOR A RIGHTEOUS MAN, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 1 Timothy 1:9-10. The Old Testament had over 635 laws, rules, and regulations, (most of them created by the scribes and Pharisees), for the people to follow and obey, and that was an impossible thing to do. Old Testament laws are like "guard rails" to keep people from running off the road of life. People have to "play by the rules" or else we become a ruleless society. And anyone who does, or doesn't play by the rules has to know what the rules are for them to play by. Therefore, WE HAVE RULES. Christ is the first, and only man to play by every single rule out there that was authored by The Lord. Remember, man made some pretty stupid rules, for example, "Thou shalt not heal a man's withered hand on Sunday". (That one He broke). The Law shows us what we can, and can't, do in life, and Christ came to Fulfill The Law, not break the Law. Now, since Christ is the ONLY ONE to completely Live, and die, by ALL the rules, AND COME BACK TO LIFE AGAIN, He alone can teach His Followers how they can also live "in the Law, without the Law". (Say what)? Christ was sinless and broke no laws. We are sinful and used to break all the Laws. If you have been Forgiven of all your sins, than Christ now Lives inside you through the Holy Spirit Who will help you live a new sinless life in and through Christ. He's Living Sinless through you IF you will obey every move the Holy Spirit directs you to do. And here's the Best Part, you don't Live the rules for fear of breaking them, YOU LIVE IN CHRIST FOR THE LOVE OF HIM, and "naturally" don't break any rules!! Live Ruleless, Love Christ, Be Blessed.
