MORNINGTIME 2425

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. THE HIRELING FLEETH, BECAUSE HE IS AN HIRELING, AND CARETH NOT FOR THE SHEEP. I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep , and am known of mine. John 10:11-14. You cannot dress up an hireling and claim he loves the sheep. An hireling does look just like a good shepherd under most conditions, but when the signs that a wolf is nearby, the hireling is smart enough to recognize "the signs" and make a run for it. The good shepherd AND the hireling BOTH know and understand when a wolf starts to prowl around. Here's a difference between the good shepherd and the hireling, the good shepherd will round up his sheep, take them to the place of safety, AND TEACH THEM of what a wolf looks, acts, and sounds like so when a wolf DOES come by, the sheep will run for the good shepherd and the good shepherd will fight off the wolf, even if the wolf destroys the shepherd. (Ultimately, Christ THE Good Shepherd will lose none of His so we're using the idea of good preachers as being good shepherds). Notice here, when the wolf shows up, THE HIRELING WILL STRIKE A DEAL WITH THE "WOLF" AND NOT DEFEND THE SHEEP!!! The hireling will allow the wolf to quietly pick off a stray sheep whenever he wants one. The sheep notice one is missing, but trust the hireling and keep on eating the twigs and nettles provided for them. THE HIRELING HAS SOLD OUT TO THE WORLD AND ITS WAYS, in order to keep "his job". When some Discerning sheep recognize AND ASK about the sellout, the hireling turns a deaf ear to them and walks away. His attitude truly is, "It's my way, or the highway", "I have to do things my way", and/or silence, are the trademarks of an Hireling. Biblical correction is not allowed or listened to. He will NOT, Be Blessed.
