MORNINGTIME 2516

Neither let Hezekiah, (the good guy), make you trust in the Lord , saying, "THE LORD WILL SURELY DELIVER US, and this city shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria". (so far, this is the good guy preaching a good message). Hearken not to Hezekiah, (the good guy): for thus saith the king of Assyria, (the worldly bad guy), Make an agreement with me by (giving me) a present, AND COME OUT TO ME, (come out of your good biblical sound teaching), and then eat ye every man of his own vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his cistern: 2 Kings 18:30-31. Here's the set up, the bad guy is trying to lure the good people out of their fortified city with promises of being left alone to enjoy the provision of their own hands, if the good people will simply not listen to good preaching, AND DENY the good preacher, (don't listen to his good preaching anymore). How does this work today? The world is telling the average church going person, "To listen to Good Preaching is foolishness, just look around you, your God is not to be found anywhere. People everywhere are suffering and a Loving God surely wouldn't allow women, children, and babies to suffer like this. LOOK AROUND YOU, EVERYTHING YOU SEE PROVES THERE'S NO GOD". And the average church going person stops listening to the Preacher and only goes to church to keep the appearance of being religious. Satan knows he can't entice the True Believers out from behind the Protective Hedge of the Lord. But he'll do his best to take away all the friends and family he can, so the Believers will feel lonely and isolated, just them and their God. The "church" is full of luke warm people and the "gift" Satan wants from them is to deny their faith in their un-loving God.  To not believe is not good enough, Satan wants you TO DENY your faith in God as proof you'll follow him, THEN, he'll leave you alone to enjoy the worldly labors of your own hands. This way, he knows you won't, Be Blessed.
