MORNINGTIME 2565

And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, AS A SHEPHERD DIVIDETH HIS SHEEP FROM THE GOATS: And he shall set the SHEEP on his RIGHT hand, but the GOATS on the LEFT. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, COME, YE BLESSED of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:  Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, DEPART from me, YE CURSED, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: And these shall go away into EVERLASTING PUNISHMENT: but the righteous into LIFE ETERNAL. Matthew 25:32-34,41,46. Here are 2 different illustrations of these above verses. One is what man wants to believe, the other seems to be more in line with the Bible, you decide. The first, the 4 walls grassy front yard building (church) is mostly full of sheep who believe themselves to be saved. They generally are at church most of the time and are fairly faithful in their giving of time and money to the church. They all reasonably get along with each other and the preaching doesn't ruffle anyone's feathers. Now, the second. The goats are the general worldly population and some go to (4 walls...) church as a good religious duty. They pay time and money to church and the preacher doesn't ruffle any feathers. People come and go and life goes on. Over in the corner is a small group of sheep hard at work praying for the church and pastor, starving for even a handful of green grass to feed from. Church is their mission field and they'll pray to the bitter end. They are ignored by most but feel greatly Blessed of the Lord. They are growing in Holiness, Righteousness, and Purity as they Trust the Lord for All Things in spite of the world around them. They recognize Satan and he hates them. They persevere with Christ anyway, looking for His Return. Which group are you in, in church? Are you Hungry, or satisfied? Is the world friendly to you? Or hateful? Will you ultimately, Be Blessed?
