MORNINGTIME 2676

When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, EVEN IN THE LATTER DAYS, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; (For the Lord thy God is a merciful God;) HE WILL NOT FORSAKE THEE, NEITHER DESTROY THEE, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. Deuteronomy 4:30-31. Trials, testings, troubles, and tribulations are all from the same root, being various degrees or intensities of "problems". Whether you stub your toe, or someone is about to take your head off, in the eyes of the world, this is not a good thing. No one wants problems every day, they just happen. Problems happen for various reasons, and one reason is Satan wants to use Things to drive you away from the Lord. He means to kill, steal, and destroy. Satan thinks if he can throw enough trouble at a Christian, the Christian will give up on God and go back to his old worldly ways. Question, when you buy a new tool, how do you find out what it is capable of, what's the best it can do under adverse conditions? You test it, you throw the worst you have against it to see what it can do. Look at Job's life, he was a good Christian and well Blessed. Satan wanted to publicly humiliate Job with the hopes Job would deny the Lord. Long story short, Satan AND Job both found out how much "Problem" Job could take and still, Love the Lord. The Lord allowed Satan to Test Job, and Job passed the Test with flying colors. Here's my point. The Lord will USE Satan to Test you for you to see and understand just how Faithful you'll be under adverse conditions. Tribulation is a means of  testing you for you to find out if you'll Hold Up under adverse conditions, or fold up and Deny Christ. Not all "Christians" will Hold Up. THEY WILL FOLD UP BECAUSE THEY NEVER WERE HIS IN THE FIRST PLACE. Tribulation will quickly "thin down the herd" leaving only the True Followers of Christ Standing. Having done all to Stand, Stand, and, Be Blessed.
