MORNINGTIME 2729

But Gehazi, THE SERVANT OF ELISHA, THE MAN OF GOD, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the Lord liveth, I will run after him, AND TAKE SOMEWHAT OF HIM. But he went in, and stood before his master. And Elisha said unto him, Whence comest thou , Gehazi? And he said, Thy servant went no whither. And he said unto him, Went not mine heart with thee , when the man turned again from his chariot to meet thee? Is it a time to receive money, and to receive garments, and oliveyards, and vineyards, and sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and maidservants? The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow. 2 Kings 5:20,25-27. Gehazi was servant to the Prophet Elisha, yet after all the miracles he saw and was a part of, he showed his real heart's desire, as a money grubber, just in it for the money. "Then one of the twelve (disciples of Christ), called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, And said unto them , WHAT WILL YE GIVE ME, and I will deliver (Jesus) unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. And from that time HE SOUGHT OPPORTUNITY TO BETRAY HIM". Matthew 26:14-16. Judas Iscariot saw and was a part of many miracles Jesus did, yet his true heart's attitude was, "Show me the money", he was just another money grubber. Here's my point, Gehazi, and Judas Iscariot, NEVER LOST THEIR SALVATION BECAUSE THEY WERE NEVER SAVED. They were just along for the ride, desiring crumbs from the Master's Table, rejecting the Feast set before them. If someone in church looks like they are falling away from Walking with Christ, AND REJECT YOUR OFFERS OF HELP, they never were "Of Christ", they were just along for the ride. The church is full of these people and the Bible calls them "goats". And goats never will "get saved". They will lose EVERYTHING, and not, Be Blessed.
