Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin IS THE SERVANT OF SIN. John 8:34. Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: FOR SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW. 1 John 3:4. "Transgression: Thayer's Definition; the condition of without law, because ignorant of it, because of violating it, contempt and violation of law, iniquity, wickedness". He that committeth sin IS OF THE DEVIL; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, THAT HE MIGHT DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL. 1 John 3:8. For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? FOR THE END OF THOSE THINGS IS DEATH. But now being made FREE FROM SIN, and become servants to God, YE HAVE your fruit unto holiness, and the end EVERLASTING LIFE. For the wages of sin is death; BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD. Romans 6:20-23. From Day One, the WILL of God has been to have Fellowship with man. Adam decided to break that fellowship and Sin against, (not obey), God. Christ came to Pay The Price so man could again have Fellowship with God. Since Adam, man's human nature is to sin and Satan tries to make sin "enjoyable", at least for a short time. And the end of Sin, is death, without God, and that's a place called Hell. Christ came to OFFER A Way out of Sin, a Way back to Fellowship with God, and to Live with Him for Eternity, in a place called Heaven. You, Sir, (Ma'am), are at a crossroads AND HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE. By default, you can do nothing, stay in your Sins, and die without Christ. OR, you can ask for Christ's eternal GIFT of Salvation, (and immediately receive it), and Live with Him Forever. That's a very GOoD Thing. Hint: it's actually much easier to Repent, ask for Forgiveness, and Follow Christ, than it is to work hard to deny His Offer, die, and go to Hell. Simply Obey Christ, and FOREVER, Be Blessed.
