And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, BECAUSE WE KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS, AND DO THOSE THINGS THAT ARE PLEASING IN HIS SIGHT. And this is his commandment, That we should BELIEVE ON the Name of his Son JESUS CHRIST, and LOVE ONE ANOTHER, as he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, BY THE SPIRIT which he hath given us. 1 John 3:22-24. Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt LOVE THE LORD THY GOD with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THYSELF. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:37-40. How do we Keep and Do those Things that are pleasing in His Sight? We can't, just because He said to. That would be like telling a dead man to get up and walk. He had no power of his own to become un-dead. It can ONLY be by the Hand of the Lord. Physical man CAN'T Comprehend the Things of the Lord. If we, through Repentance and Salvation, now DO those Things of the Lord, it will only be, again, BY the Hand of the lord, meaning, BY HIS HOLY SPIRIT NOW LIVING INSIDE OF US. It takes the Hand of the lord, the Holy Spirit in us, to translate to us the Things of the Lord so that mere man can Know the Things of The Lord. If you don't have the Holy Spirit Living inside you, to translate for you, than EVERYTHING you're doing "for the lord" is of the flesh and will amount to nothing. How can you BE a Christian, translation, how can you BE Christ-like? Only by reading His Word as His Holy Spirit brings His Word TO LIFE inside you. This brings His First Two Commandments TO LIFE inside you THROUGH your Love for Him, and your fellow man, both Saved, and un-saved. THIS, is Pleasing In His Sight. This is the result of HIS LIFE, His Holy Spirit, inside you manifesting itself to others, and you WILL, Be Blessed.
