MORNINGTIME 2950

Then said Jesus, (as He was nailed to the cross), FATHER, FORGIVE THEM; FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. Luke 23:34. To the uninterested, this has no significance at all, just some old history lesson. But to the interested, the Believer, the Follower of Christ, their whole Life hangs on this verse. Without Christ dying in our place and Forgiving us of our Sins, WE HAVE NO HOPE BUT TO DIE AND GO TO HELL. But He did die for us, in our place, and He did Forgive us of ALL our Sins, that we may go Free of ALL satanic accusations and condemnation. Consider this, Christ, Who knew NO sin, died at the hand of man, AND FORGAVE ALL OF MAN for ALL their sins. He even Forgave those men who with Hammer and Nail, Nailed Christ, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD, to a wooden cross to die a painful Death, as they joyfully gambled for His clothes. IF CHRIST COULD FORGIVE THEM, THAN YOU MUST FORGIVE ALL WHO COME AGAINST YOU, in ANY way, shape, form, or fashion. Someone cheated you out of your life savings, someone did you great physical harm and damage, your close someone was murdered in front of you, someone ran you off the road, and whatever else you can come up with, YOU HAVE TO FORGIVE THEM!!! No one, not me or you, can hold a grudge or even stay angry with someone, FOR ANY REASON. THAT'S THE LAW, and that's a tough  one to do. Now here's Mercy and Grace. Jesus, the Christ, is right there with you TO HELP YOU FORGIVE ALL THOSE YOU CAN'T FORGIVE, if you will but call on Him to help you Forgive them. It literally takes an Act of God for you to truly Forgive. Sinful man can't do this alone, but a Holy God can. And He's more than Ready and Willing to help you cross over from unforgiveness, to Forgiveness. We will have NO excuse on Judgment Day to not Forgive Everyone of Everything. Christ did, and to be Like Him means, we will too. It's hard, but it's do-able. That's just the Way Christ is, so be like Him, and, Be Blessed.
