MORNINGTIME 2986

A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps. Proverbs 16:9. This is such a simple little verse, but to incorporate it into your everyday Life, is a Life Changer. I'll explain. For years I've told my family, "You can't steer a car if it's not at least rolling". And the car won't roll until you take it out of "Park" and put it into "Neutral", AND take your foot off the brake. Once you do these two things, now the car can start rolling. In everyday Life, it's good, and needful, to have a plan  for what you want to get done today. You've scheduled five  customers you need to talk to and have your schedule all worked out to go and visit each one to take care of their electrical needs. (You run an electrical company service truck). You've already taken care of your first two customers, you're on your lunch break, and a man comes over to you and says his life is a mess and you look like you're someone he can talk to. (The Lord sent him your way). So you spend time talking to him and even share Christ and Salvation with him. He's definitely interested, but this "talking time" is now starting to cut into your work time with customer number 3, which will seriously mess up Your Plans. But someone's Soul and Salvation are always more important than making a few dollars. And while you're talking, customer number 3 calls you and says an emergence situation has just come up and they need to reschedule their appointment. You continue talking to your new friend, sharing Salvation with him, and he tells you he'll call you later tonight. You now go on to customer number four and five, fix their electrical issues, and go home for supper with the family. Everything worked out very nicely and you had time to share Christ with a perfect stranger. (PS, he does call and tells you be is now Living for Christ). You started your day with a good plan, but were Sensitive to the Leading of the Holy Spirit, Christ was Magnified, and with God's Plan, you will, Be Blessed.
