Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I (Paul) am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. 2 Corinthians 11:23-28. This is what you would call a Truly Committed to Christ, person of Faith. Paul had seen Christ and He showed Paul some things that are so "mind blowing" that Paul needed a thorn in the side just to keep him Humble. And it worked, Paul's thorn did keep him Humble. Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I AM EXCEEDING JOYFUL IN ALL OUR TRIBULATION. 2 Corinthians 7:4. Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and LONGSUFFERING WITH JOYFULNESS; Colossians 1:11. My brethren, count it ALL JOY when ye fall into divers TEMPTATIONS; James 1:2. Joy IS one of the 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit and Joy is an attribute of Christ Paul lived in. Here's my point. With all that Paul suffered through all his Walk with Christ, he did it JOYFULLY. What % of Joy do you have and under what conditions do you show it? This is NOT, "Oh Joy, they're going to beat me up again", this is, "With the Joy of Christ, I will Walk with Christ, at ALL TIMES". Paul had every reason to turn sour on Christ, yet not once did he do so. The Joy of the Lord is one Way to, Be Blessed.
