MORNINGTIME 3296

The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. (Therefor ALL men are sinners, therefore ALL men will die and go to Hell).(But) The righteous (to be saved, lost sheep sinners) cry, (unto the Lord with Repentance unto Salvation) and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of (lostness and) all their (worldly sinner condemnation) troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are (lost and) of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the (now Saved) righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all (as they learn to Walk with Christ and Grow into CHRISTLIKENESS). Psalm 34:16-19. With a little understanding added in, you have just read an Old Testament description of "How to be Saved". This Book we call the Bible is also called The Him Book, because it's ALL about Him, all about Christ. The Old Testament is Christ concealed, and the New Testament is Christ revealed. In the Old Testament, Christ is just below the surface, BUT VERY EASY TO FIND IF ONE CHOOSES TO SEEK HIM OUT, HE WILL BE FOUND. The Old Testament is just as Fresh and Revealing as this morning's sunrise. It's up to the second on showing you where you were, where you are, and where you're going, in both "Ways" of Life. It will show you your life as a sinner and the eternal results, it will show you your Life as a Saved sheep and the eternal results, and it will show you The Bridge, Christ, Who can cross you over from the life of death and destruction, to the Life of Christ and Resurrection. Two parallel life pathways, like railroad tracks, with Christ in the middle as The Way from one to the other. Don't believe ANYONE who tries to tell you the Old Testament is over and has no relevance to life today. THEY DON'T KNOW CHRIST AND THEY DON'T KNOW HIS WORD, because He Is The Word and He wrote the whole Bible, both Old AND New, Testaments. Read ALL about Him, and, Be Blessed.
