Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the Statutes and unto the Judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers giveth you. YE SHALL NOT ADD unto the word which I command you, NEITHER SHALL YE DIMINISH OUGHT FROM it, that ye may keep THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD your God which I command you. Deuteronomy 4:1-2. And the Spirit and the bride say, COME. And let him that heareth say, COME. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him TAKE THE WATER OF LIFE FREELY. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this Book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this Book. Revelation 22:17-19. From the Beginning, to the Ending, the Lord has commanded, Don't add or take away any of His Words in the Bible. Why? Let's look at a modern day illustration about this. The man who wrote the Instruction Manuel on EXACTLY how to prepare the Space Shuttle for a Safe Lift Off, knew and wrote exactly what he meant, and would not allow ANY changes to his word. If you add conflicting instructions, or remove some key directives, IT COULD KILL PEOPLE. If you put your Trust in a "corrupted" version of the Bible, it could cost you your life too. Astronaut or Christian, if you read and Trust error, it can kill you. So, space shuttle manual, or Bible, who has The Real Version? Legalism would jump in and say, "XXX Version" is the right one. No, opinions and feelings don't matter here. If you truly want the exact, precise Truth, GO AND TALK TO THE AUTHOR AND FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT HE MEANT AND WHY HE WROTE IT THAT WAY. if you have a Heart for Christ and His Word, He WILL teach you All Things, and you will, Be Blessed.
