Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. BUT IN VAIN THEY DO WORSHIP ME, TEACHING FOR DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN. Matthew 15:3,7-9. Imagine, for the moment, that you are an authority in some religion and you see things going on around you that need to be "fixed". So you come up with a bunch of rules and regulations to keep people on track with what YOU want to accomplish. Whether your goal is Power, or Money, or whatever, YOU DO YOUR BEST TO WORK THINGS YOUR WAY FOR YOUR PURPOSES. Your "working" man to get from man what you want. The Bible calls you an "Hireling". (OK, no more imagining, back to real life). Believers, get your eyes off of man and all his problems. Don't dwell on all the problems in "The Church", who's fallen from Grace, who's going after their 30 pieces of silver, and all the rest of the stuff going on. Yes, Be aware, but don't dwell. Instead, KEEP YOUR EYES ON CHRIST AT ALL TIMES, He'll guide you and lead you on the Right Path that YOU need to Follow. He'll direct your steps around some trap that you may not even see, BUT HE DOES, and in Christ, you'll be Safe. Even if you're totally ignorant of the "world" around you, Seek Christ in ALL things, and you'll be Wise, Knowledgeable, and Prepared for anything and everything He has for you. Man's problems will drag you down, Christ's Glory will bring you up. Ok, check the news, check the church, but spend your days in Christ and lifting Him up TO the world around you. Show "the world" that Christ is THE ANSWER to all their problems, that He has everything under control, and that we win in the end. Leave their problems right there, as THEIR PROBLEMS. Offer Christ as the Solution to THEIR PROBLEMS. With your Eyes On Christ, you WILL Eternally, Be Blessed.
