Now the days of David drew nigh that he should die; and he charged Solomon his son, saying, I go the way of all the earth: be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man; And keep the charge of the Lord thy God, to WALK IN HIS WAYS, TO KEEP HIS STATUTES, AND HIS COMMANDMENTS, AND HIS JUDGMENTS, AND HIS TESTIMONIES, as it is written in the law of Moses, THAT THOU MAYEST PROSPER IN ALL THAT THOU DOEST, AND WHITHERSOEVER THOU TURNEST THYSELF: That the Lord may continue his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail thee (said he) a man on the throne of Israel. 1 Kings 2:1- 4. Again, there is a double meaning here. One for the new King Solomon, and one for the country as in, "If thy children take heed", the country will also Be Blessed. This is today, a Merciful call to America to also turn from her wicked ways and follow the Lord. This time of COVID-19 with America and the world at a virtual standstill, is a great time for all to evaluate each person and each county's stand with, or against, the Lord. And America, as a whole, seems to have no interest in turning to the Lord for much of anything. Even the "church" in America has no grass roots ground swell towards Repentance unto Forgiveness for its wicked ways. Going to church has been deemed as non-essential, BUT YOU CAN GET OUT OF JAIL FREE, STOP AT THE LIQUOR STORE, AND TAKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND TO THE ABORTION CLINIC TO MURDER HER BABY, and all this is deemed as "Essential". Yes, there are a few pockets of GOoD to be found here, but otherwise, this country, the people, AND their church, HAVE TURNED THEIR COLLECTIVE BACKS TO THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Only death and destruction awaits those who Reject the Call of Christ unto Salvation, from the President, to lowliest beggar. All who DO follow Christ WILL BE SAVED, and will Live with Him now, and in Glory FOREVER. Be Saved, and, Be Blessed.
