MORNINGTIME 3552by Benjamin Munsell on August 10, 2020
I will love thee, O Lord, My Strength. The Lord is my Rock, and my Fortress, and my Deliverer; my God, my Strength, in whom I will trust; my Buckler, and the Horn of my Salvation, and my High Tower. I will call upon the Lord, who is Worthy to be Praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Psalm 18:1-3. I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress: MY GOD; IN HIM WILL I TRUST. Psalm 91:2. The next few MORNINGTIMES, possibly as a short series, will be working on the Belief that the Lord is Greater than anything that will come against man, that the whole Bible is all about the Lord's Keeping Power towards man, and that we Believers today have barely "scratched the surface" of what the Lord has in store for His People, and sadly, what the Lord has in store for those who mightily refuse to be His People. So let's start with The Foundation. Everything in the Bible declares that the Lord God Almighty designed, built, and is keeping together this place called earth. It's His to do with as He sees fit and no matter what shakes, HE IS UNSHAKABLE, He will not be moved, and He truly is our Rock to anchor to. The Lord had King Solomon build the most lavish, most gorgeous, most beautiful and most expensive Temple, (a place to worship the Lord) that the world had ever seen. No other building on earth will ever come close to the Majesty of that one. And just to make a point, the Lord allowed it to be completely destroyed when His People forgot Who they were worshipping in that Temple. Everything about life on planet Earth declares the unfathomable Mercy and Grace of the Lord God Almighty towards man. The Lord allows all kinds of situations and circumstances to come into people's lives with the expressed purpose of calling and drawing ALL men unto Himself, to offer Salvation through Christ to every man, woman and child to ever walk on the Earth. The fact that the Lord gives breath and heartbeat to even the most vile sinner proves His Love as they will, Be Blessed.
