Imagine a guide leading a small group of people out of the jungle and they come to a very deep ravine with jagged rocks and rushing water down below. The only way across is on a small rope and board walkway and any misstep is disaster. The Guide starts across first, and as he's walking backwards, he's telling you to, "Keep your eyes on me, only look at my eyes, don't look down, only look at my eyes and we'll both get across safely". By looking ONLY AT HIM, he's building your confidence in his Knowledge and Understanding of the situation. He's done this many times before and he KNOWS what he's talking about. Believer, this is Christ to us, today, in a world going mad with insanity, doubt and fear all around. ONLY BY KEEPING YOUR EYES FULLY, TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY ON CHRIST AND HIS FACE, will we make it in the Safety He has for each one of us. Apostle John died of old age. John the Baptist lost his head, both were Safe in Christ, and He'll keep you Safe in Him too. Keep your eyes on Christ and you'll see HIS EYES ON YOU. He doesn't waver, He doesn't look around, He's not distracted by the circumstances and situations going on around you, YOU ARE FIRST ON HIS MIND. If you do "look around" He'll call you back to seeking His Face and build even more confidence in His Care for you so much so that to "look around" is no longer a part of your Walk with Him. To Seek and See Christ will Grow into a Trusting Relationship like you've never dreamed of. You'll Trust Him with your EVERYTHING, with nothing held back, AS YOU LIVE A LIFE IN CHRIST VERY FEW WOULD EVEN DARE TO ASK FOR. That's how to Eternally, Be Blessed.
