But as truly as I live, ALL THE EARTH shall be filled with the Glory of the Lord. Numbers 14:21. The Glory of the Lord SHALL ENDURE FOR EVER: The Lord shall Rejoice in His Works. Psalm 104:31. Arise, Shine; for thy Light is come, and the Glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to Thy Light, and kings to the Brightness of Thy Rising. Isaiah 60: 1,3. For the earth shall be filled WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF the Glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14. The "Glory of the Lord" is the Honour, Riches, Splendour, Abundance, Dignity, Reputation and Holy Reverence of the Lord reflected onto this world. Yes, the Lord created this Beautiful world for us to live in, but it's not the BEAUTY of this world we are to Worship, but the Lord Himself. The CONCEPT of Beauty is an Attribute of the Lord. HE makes things LOOK Beautiful. As Mary LOOKED at the face of baby Jesus, she was seeing the REFLECTION of the actual GLORY of the Lord. No man can see the Lord with his Physical Eyes because that would be too much, too great, too Glorious for us to see or comprehend. Again, the Concept of Beauty is the half way point between actually Seeing the real Face of God, and seeing the substance, the physical properties of a physical thing. A handful of sand just looks "nice", but to look across the desert at sunset with multicolored clouds and a gentle breeze makes the whole picture, AND THE SAND, look like a thing of beauty you want to share with someone. That Glorious Light gives the sand a Beauty above and beyond the normal "look" of the sand. Don't worship the sand, don't worship the earth, (Mother Earth???), Worship the Lord God Who made the earth and everything therein. Beauty is just a "taste" of the Glory of the Lord. "O TASTE AND SEE that the Lord is GOoD: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him". Psalm 34:8. Look for and enjoy the Beauty all around you, it can be seen and felt everywhere you look. See His Glory, and Eternally, Be Blessed.
