MORNINGTIME 3783

I will say unto God my Rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, WHERE IS THY GOD? Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: FOR I SHALL YET PRAISE HIM, WHO IS THE HEALTH OF MY COUNTENANCE, AND MY GOD. Psalm 42:9- 11. This man is being assaulted on all sides. An enemy has him and daily mocks him, depression is trying to overcome him, and even doubt is questioning the whereabouts of his God. These things are trying to take him down, BUT HE'S NOT GOING FOR IT. He's Encouraging himself in the Lord. He's putting the Lord forefront in his mind and actions. HE'S STANDING STRONG AND WILL NOT GO DOWN. "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, AND HAVING DONE ALL, TO STAND". Ephesians 6:13. There are 2 ways to interpret the mocking of "Where's your God". One is, the mockers are laughing and making fun with ridicule asking where his God is thinking He's nowhere to be found. The other is, his mockers start off making fun of where his God is, but upon seeing that this Believer is so solid in his Faith Believing that his God is Walking right beside the Believer, that the mockers soon change there toon to one of begging for information about "Who is this God and where is He that we may find Him and Believe in Him also, because our god is nowhere to be found and has nothing to offer us". Remember, the words may be sarcastic, but the Heart Cry may be real, wanting to know Who your God Is and where is He (that I may find Him too). Listen to a person's words, and ask the Holy Spirit to give you the Understanding and Discernment of their Hearts Cry. It may be the same words, with two totally opposite meanings. Yes, only the Lord Knows someone's Heart. But the Holy Spirit CAN, if He wants to, show you their Heart's Cry, that they may, Be Blessed.
