MORNINGTIME 3794

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, SUPPLICATIONS, PRAYERS, INTERCESSION, AND GIVING OF THANKS, be made FOR ALL men; For kings, and for all THAT ARE IN AUTHORITY; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all Godliness and Honesty. For this is GOoD and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be Saved, and to come unto the Knowledge of the Truth. For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be Testified in due time. 1 Timothy 2:1-6. Let's set the ground rules. There are NO "great men" of God. Only puny little men of A Great God. Pray for all men, especially and including YOUR PASTOR. You're asking your Pastor to do the impossible. You're asking a "worldly sinner" to take the Most Holy Word Of God and transform you into the Presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ unto Holiness, Righteousness, Purity and Patience. In this world, it can't be done. But the Lord God Almighty, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Lord Holy Spirit say it WILL be done as these Three, the Triune Godhead move on, inspire, encourage and allow YOUR PASTOR TO BRING FORTH THE HOLY WORDS OF GOD, into your life, into your being, into your Spirit in such a manner and in such detail that you not only are Encouraged in the Lord, but that you also Grow in CHRISTLIKENESS. NO MERE MAN CAN DO THIS. BUT GOD, in His most Wonderful Mercy and Grace, can lift you up into the Heavenly's, that you Desire to run from your sins and straight into Christ. YOU'D BETTER BELIEVE YOU NEED TO PRAY FOR YOUR PASTOR. He needs all the Prayers he can get. He will be held accountable for his Obedience (or lack thereof), and you will be held accountable for what you've done with whatever Word your Pastor did bring to you. You both need Prayer; we ALL need Prayer. Only the Holy Spirit can take that Word and drive it deep into your Heart and Spirit. So Drive On in Prayers and Supplication in Christ, and, Be Blessed.
