MORNINGTIME 3850 

Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of Me this night: for it is written, I will smite the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad. Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of Thee, yet will I NEVER be offended. Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny Me thrice. Peter said unto Him, Though I should die with Thee, yet will I not deny Thee. Likewise also said all the disciples. Matthew 26:31,33- 35. And the Lord said, Simon (Peter), Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy Faith fail not: and when thou art converted, (turn back to Christ), strengthen thy brethren. Luke 22:31-32. Then began he (Peter, after already denying knowing Christ 2 times) to curse and to swear, saying, I KNOW NOT THE MAN. And immediately the cock crew. And Peter remembered the Word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny Me thrice. AND HE WENT OUT, AND WEPT BITTERLY. Matthew 26:74- 75. Judas Iscariot denied Christ, and with a heart full of Pride and Arrogance, chose to not repent, turned away from CHRIST, and killed himself. Peter, seeing his fault, turned back to Christ in great anguish of spirit and a contrite heart, begged for Forgiveness, AND WAS GRANTED IT. Have you done something so terrible, so painful, you know there is no way Christ will ever take you back? He has already Paid For far more than the worst that YOU can do to sin. The GOoD news is, if you will Repent of your sins and ask Christ to help change your ways from sin unto Righteousness, He will Forgive you AND Grow you into CHRISTLIKENESS. Peter learned his lesson the hard way, Repented, and never looked back. If you have failed Christ miserably, REPENT, see the error of your ways, look at how you GOT to this place in Life, learn from your lessons, change direction, AND, BE BLESSED.
