MORNINGTIME 3973 

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth ON ME, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto My Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask IN MY NAME, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in My Name, I will do it. IF YE LOVE ME, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS. John 14:12-15. As it was back in the day that Jesus walked this earth, so it is today. Many people know all ABOUT Christ and the many things He did, the things He said, and even heard the things He told people to do, but they never took time to get to KNOW CHRIST FOR WHO HE REALLY WAS, (IS). Even the "groupies" who followed Christ around, including those He healed and told them, "Go and sin no more", many of them died in their sins because they never went that last step TO KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS. He was "The Man Of The Hour", to them. But they would not call on Him to be their Lord and Saviour of and for the rest of their life. The best example of this "close but not quite" lifestyle is Judas Iscariot. He came very close TO Christ, but would not enter into Life WITH Christ. They neither accepted Christ as THE SON OF GOD, nor His Words as having any Authority behind Them. Christ was just a good "meal ticket" when they needed one. Who is Christ to you? The Holy Spirit has a day's worth of intimate Instructions for you to Follow and Obey throughout ALL of today. Do you have a Real Heart For Christ to Follow AND Obey all that He Directs you? And when you miss one, mess up, and don't get it right, DO YOU RUN TO HIM IN ANGUISH UNTO REPENTANCE ASKING FOR FORGIVENESS? Do you ask the Holy Spirit to go at it again until you "get it right" and ask for the next lesson? All the while Loving Christ, DESIRING to please Him, to cast off flesh, self and the old man nature, AND GROW IN CHRISTLIKENESS? Christ isn't listening to excuses, He's asking for your Love and Obedience to and for Him, that you may IN OBEDIENCE, Be Blessed.
