MORNINGTIME 3995

And Jared lived (162) years, and he begat Enoch: And Jared lived after he begat Enoch (800) years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Jared were (962) years: and he died. And Enoch lived (65) years, and begat Methuselah: And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah (300) years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enoch were (365) years: AND ENOCH WALKED WITH GOD: and he was not; FOR GOD TOOK HIM. Genesis 5:18-24. By faith Enoch was translated (taken by the Lord) THAT HE SHOULD NOT SEE DEATH; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that HE PLEASED GOD. Hebrews 11:5. Only 2 men have ever been taken off this earth straight into Heaven without tasting death. They were Enoch and Elijah. (Many believe these men are the 2 witnesses Preaching in Israel in Revelation chapter 11). Question, are these 2 men, Enoch and Elijah, examples to us Believers as to what the Bride of Christ will look like, act like and be like when Christ comes back to receive His Bride, the Church? If we who are alive, along with the dead in Christ rise up as One Body to meet Him in the air and forever be with Him, again, will we be like Enoch and Elijah? They both had a one on one very intimate relationship with the Lord, and He took them. Will we be like them when He takes us? Yes, Christ is our Example, but Enoch and Elijah were men born in sin living on this earth, AND ATTAINED SUCH A CLOSE HOLY, RIGHTEOUS AND PURE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD, that He took them straight into Heaven. Christ is coming back for His Bride without spot, blemish or wrinkle, once again, like Enoch and Elijah? Are all the Godly Attributes of these 2 and His Bride, the same? "STUDY to shew thyself approved unto God", read all about these 2 men to start to get an idea of what their lives actual looked like and see how you (we) compare? (Take "compare" with a grain of salt). Food for thought to study on, that you may, Be Blessed.
