MORNINGTIME 4056by Benjamin Munsell on July 18, 2022
SEEK YE THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND, call ye upon Him while He is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have Mercy upon him; and (return) to our God, for He will Abundantly Pardon. For My (Holy) Thoughts are not your (worldly) thoughts, neither are your (evil) ways (as) My (Righteous) ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways higher than your ways, and My Thoughts than your thoughts. So shall My Word be that goeth forth out of My Mouth: It shall not return unto Me void, but It shall Accomplish that which I please, and it shall Prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with Joy and be led forth with Peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into Singing, and all the trees of the field shall Clap Their Hands. Isaiah 55:6-9,11-12. No matter how many times the Lord sends forth His Word to you, (by radio, TV, friends or Preacher), and you keep telling Him "No", it is not a waste of time or effort on the Lord's part. If you reject His Word 50 times during your life, and eventually die, in your sins, all 50 times will Testify against you on Judgment Day. But if you say "Yes" to Christ on the 51st time and become a Christian, ALL THOSE 50 TIMES OF "NO" WILL BE CANCELED OUT BY THAT 1 TIME OF "YES", and they will Rejoice WITH you on Judgment Day as that 1 time of "Yes" Testifies FOR you, and you hear those most Glorious Words, "WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT, ENTER INTO THE JOY OF THY LORD". Mission accomplished, all those times of "No" did their part to Encourage you to finally say "Yes". But alas, if you continued with "No", those 51 times still offered you Christ, as directed, in spite of your Response of "No". God's Word NEVER fails. YOU will fail with always "No", but His Word NEVER fails. There's still time, RIGHT NOW in His Great Mercy and Grace, to say "Yes", and to Forever and Ever, Be Blessed.
