MORNINGTIME 4064by Benjamin Munsell on July 28, 2022
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the Peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, AND PROVE ME now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, IF I WILL NOT OPEN you THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10. These verses are not mere suggestions of how to try to live life, but Absolute Commands to test Him to the point where the Lord proves to you on no uncertain terms that He IS a God of His Word, that He WILL keep ALL His Promises, and that once Proved, YOU ARE NOW REQUIRED TO TRUST HIM IN ALL THINGS AND LIVE BY HIS WORD. The Lord not only wrote His Word, He keeps His Word, and He wants you to Trust Him in ALL things as His Word KEEPS YOU. The Lord asks you to "test drive" Him enough that you are absolutely convinced He backs and does everything He says He will. THEN He gets to "test drive" you to see if YOU are a man of your word and will do as you said you would. (He already Knows, but you need to see it). Ever tell the Lord you'll Obey Him? TEST TIME, NOW PROVE IT. That's easier to do when times are good, but will you still Believe Him when times are really tough and your back's against the wall, AND OBEY HIM NO MATTER WHAT? If you dare Test the Lord, GOoD for you, but be ready for Him to test you and prove to you what your REAL Heart Attitude is towards the Lord. Proving is a 2-way Street, so Prove the Lord, Trust His Word, and Walk with Him all the way into Eternity with Him, no matter what the road you're on looks like or does to you. Once Proved, Be Faithful all the way to the end of all things, and you WILL, Be Blessed.
