MORNINGTIME  4176

Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as My Father hath sent Me, even so send I you. John 20:21. The Peace of this world is shallow and thin, and it doesn't take much to break it up unto confusion and calamity. Wherever Christ went, His Peace came against the "peace" of this world as His True Peace confronted man's sin head on as man's sin turned man's "peace" into wood, hay and stubble. Just the presence of Christ with His Peace was always enough to rile up the sin and demons in a person and make them very uneasy. The worldly try to make "peace" with their sins and it may work, for a short while. It's an uneasy peace but acceptable, as long as you and Jesus don't come along and "rock the boat". Again, THE HOLINESS OF CHRIST COMING THROUGH YOU, AS THE HOLY SPIRIT DIRECTS, WILL ALWAYS BE UNSETTLING TO THE SINNER. Please note, this unsettling of worldly peace ALSO confronts the sin in a Believers life. Holiness agitates sin until the sinner asks Christ to Forgive him of his sins and the True Peace of Christ invades his life. Meaning, if you, (Believer), have sin, (even secret sin) in your Believing Life, the Lord will root it out and you won't have the Fullness of His Peace until He finishes dealing with you. Your Peace returns, and then the Holiness of Christ comes again to "agitate" even that small sin off in the corner, to show you, as you ask Him to remove it, and then Peace again. Saved or Lost, Christ will deal with ALL sin as He will cast all sin into Hell. You can either lay your sin at His Feet and be full of Peace, or hang on to your sins as He casts you AND your sins into Hell. All your sins are crushed under Christ's Feet. The only question is, will you be crushed with them as you "hang on for dear life" to your sins, straight into Hell? Turn to Christ, give 'em up, and, Be Blessed.
