MORNINGTIME 4215

FOR I WAS ENVIOUS AT THE foolish, when I saw the PROSPERITY OF THE WICKED. They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily. Behold, these are the ungodly, WHO PROSPER IN THE WORLD; they increase in riches. For all the day long have I been plagued, and CHASTENED (by the Lord) every morning. UNTIL I WENT INTO THE SANCTUARY OF GOD; THEN UNDERSTOOD I their end. Surely Thou didst set them in slippery places: Thou castedst them down into destruction. For, lo, they that are far from Thee shall perish: Thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from Thee. BUT IT IS GOoD FOR ME TO DRAW NEAR TO GOD: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all Thy Works. Psalm 73:3,8,12,14,17-18,27-28. The key to unlocking your dissatisfaction with all the things of the world is to lock your gaze solidly onto all the Things of God. Whether it's in His Sanctuary or in your Prayer Closet, it's you going before the Lord to get your (physical and spiritual) eyes again focused on Him. THERE IS NOWHERE ELSE TO Go, BUT TO CHRIST, to get relief from the pressures of this world. As we have all found, it is much easier to Walk with Christ when we are not carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. Only Christ can give us complete satisfaction WITH WHAT WE HAVE, with what we are Stewards over, with no envying of what OTHERS have. IF, CAPITAL I, F, if Christ is our Complete and Total Supply, we will be Joyfully Content with such as we have. And if this is True, THEN THE WORLD HAS NOTHING TO OFFER US FOR "MORE" THAT WE WOULD DESIRE. The bottom line is, are you looking to Christ for your satisfaction, or are you looking to the world for its endless supply of dissatisfaction and never having "enough"? To meet with Christ in His Sanctuary is to close the door behind you as you shut yourself off from the "pull" of the world. The world rejects Christ, and Christ rejects the world(liness) it has to offer. NOTHING satisfied like Christ to, Be Blessed.
